Connect Maica to your AI assistant

Let ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP-compatible assistant answer questions using your real Maica data — cash on hand, upcoming bills, destinations, and recent transactions. You'll sign in with your Maica account when the assistant connects.

Your Maica MCP server URL

Paste this URL into the assistant when it asks for a custom MCP server. You'll be sent to Maica to approve access with your account.

Connect

Pick your assistant and follow the steps.

  1. Open ChatGPT Connector settings and enable Developer mode (review the risk notice shown there).
  2. In the chat composer's + menu, turn on Developer mode.
  3. Click Add sources, then Connect more.
  4. Name the connector Maica and paste the MCP URL above.
  5. Sign in with your Maica account to approve access, then ask ChatGPT about your finances.

Refresh after Maica updates

Assistants cache the tool list. When Maica ships new capabilities, refresh the connector to pick them up.

  1. Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick Maica under Enabled apps.
  2. Next to Information, click Refresh.
  3. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Maica.
